How can I help myself?

Without stessing myself, how can I improve on what I've been doing this week? Number one, of course, is to tidy up the diet. A few undesirable food/drink items have entered my body. Not by being forced in, but by my own hand. How would I like to change? Breakfast choices are easy. Lunch starts the downfall. Dinner is great. Wine! Oh, wine! Why can't you leave me alone? I came into this world without you. My best moments have been without you. So, why do you call me so often? I want to break up with you. Let's just be friends. That don't see each other often. OK? Good. Then there's exercise. Let's just call it "energise" and "way to get warm" (it is winter). Right, that should do for now.
